I practice the full spectrum of family medicine, including obstetrics and pediatrics. I mostly work with adult patients managing chronic conditions and patients of all ages experiencing acute illness. I am interested in working more with individuals with physical and mental disabilities because of my background with GLASA, a disabled sports team based out of Chicago. My overall approach to care is patient focused and individualized. My father worked in a hospital when I was a child, and this was my first familiarization with medicine. Throughout college and my master’s program, I formed a tight bond between medicine and the underlying science. Becoming a physician allowed me to treat individuals and explore the science behind the diseases and conditions I was treating, while also helping those in need. Biking is my favorite way to stay healthy, but I also go hiking and kayaking.
