I chose family medicine as my specialty because it allows me to combine my desire to help people with my love for building long-term relationships. As a family medicine physician, I will have the opportunity to care for patients of all ages, from newborns to the elderly. This diversity of patients and conditions is what excites me about the field. Working within a community environment is my passion, as it allows me to establish lasting connections with patients and positively influence their lives. I am drawn to the challenge of diagnosing and treating a wide range of medical issues, and family medicine provides the perfect platform to do so. I enjoy coaching and playing lacrosse and hockey.
