I guess I’ve always been (and always will be) a small-town Midwestern boy at heart. I grew up in Cedarburg, Wisconsin as the oldest in a crew of seven kids, attended Marquette University for undergraduate education and journeyed down to Chicago for medical school where I met my wife. I then packed up and moved out to the Northwood’s of Maine for three years to train in a medical residency program whose primary goal is to foster competent and caring rural family physicians.
In 2017, I ultimately closed the loop by moving back to Wisconsin. It’s great to be home! I enjoy so many different aspects of rural family medicine and feel so incredibly blessed for the opportunity to serve such an amazing Midwestern community.
In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my wife and our dog “Moose,” faith, family, hiking, camping, kayaking, cross country skiing, photography, traveling, cooking, sports (Go Marquette Warriors!)
